Dental Claim Support is seeking an organized Assistant Account Manager to oversee insurance billing services for our dental clients while leading a team of Account Specialists. This remote role emphasizes training, client satisfaction, and growth into more advanced roles.

You will coordinate with subcontractors, manage data inputs and reporting, and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendor partners to drive revenue cycle efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a dental administrative, dental client service, or dental billing support role preferred.
• Comfortable with data entry, remote communication tools, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Professional communication and follow-through.
• Proficiency in Google Drive, Zoom, and dental terminology
• Eagerness to learn and grow into more advanced client service or leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Support for Account Specialists after initial training and onboarding.
• Manage onboarding access, schedule alignment, and workflow understanding.
• Support quality control checks and track errors for coaching.
• Schedule and manage standing Zoom meetings with Account Managers and Client Partners.
• Maintain client records and update internal trackers.
