Job summary

Dental Claim Support is seeking an Oral Surgery Dental Insurance Billing Specialist to join our remote Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery team. You will drive clean claims, accurate posting, and aging reduction for a portfolio of oral surgery clients, collaborating with an Account Manager and practice teams.

This role offers a flexible remote schedule, potential transition to W-2, and pathways to increased responsibility with incentives in a rapidly growing company.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dental insurance billing experience, preferably in an oral surgery practice.
• Proficient with dental terminology and revenue cycle management techniques.
• Experience with dental practice management software and web-based portals.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with WinOMS, OMSVision, DSN or Sensei is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full dental revenue cycle for assigned oral surgery clients, including posting payments and adjustments.
• Prepare and submit clean claims daily, investigate and resolve denials and aging.
• Apply CDT, ICD-10, ADA coding knowledge to maximize reimbursement.
• Post payments and run payer portals, maintain AR and statements.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and payers to improve workflows and revenue.
