Job summary

SGA Dental Partners is hiring a Revenue Cycle Account Manager – Insurance AR to act as the primary revenue cycle consultant for assigned practices. You will analyze payer performance, denial trends, cash flow barriers, and aging trends, and develop practice-specific action plans to improve collections and AR outcomes.

You will review KPI performance, advise leadership on workflow redesign, and present monthly performance reviews.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 2 years of dental revenue cycle and dental billing experience.
• Knowledge of Eaglesoft, Open Dental, Denticon, and/or Dentrix preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves as primary revenue cycle consultant for assigned practices; analyzes payer performance, denial trends, cash-flow barriers and aging trends.
• Develops practice-specific action plans to improve collections and AR outcomes.
• Advises office leadership regarding workflow redesign and process improvement opportunities.
• Develops and presents monthly revenue cycle performance reviews with KPIs, denial trends, aging trends and operational opportunities.
