Job summary

Copeland is seeking an OEM Account Executive for the Commercial Cold Chain Sales team. This fully remote role targets the US OEM market, driving sales across refrigeration compression, controls, projects and enterprise services while delivering a positive customer experience.

You will develop business strategies, manage relationships with key decision makers, and collaborate with internal teams to secure opportunities. Travel up to 30% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or technical field and related experience in refrigeration sales or similar roles.
• Experience with consultative selling and engaging both technical and financial decision makers.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint required.

Responsibilities

• Drive year over year sales territory growth for OEM refrigeration customers.
• Develop and execute sales strategies for Copeland controls, compression projects and enterprise services.
• Build relationships with key decision makers at all customers in territory.
• Maintain Salesforce CRM data including contacts and opportunity funnel.
• Travel up to 30% to meet customers and partners.
