Job summary

Copeland is seeking an OEM Account Executive to drive year-over-year sales growth in the US OEM refrigeration market. Remote role with occasional travel up to 30%, collaborating with cross-functional teams including controls, compression, and enterprise services.

You will build relationships with key decision makers, manage Salesforce opportunities, and contribute to strategy while delivering solutions that lower GWP refrigerants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or technical field required.
• Experience in refrigeration areas or related sales roles preferred.
• Proven ability to communicate with both technical and financial decision makers.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools expected.

Responsibilities

• Drive year-over-year sales growth for OEM refrigeration customers.
• Support strategy development and execute OEM sales plans.
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision makers in territory.
• Identify growth opportunities across controls, compression, and services.
• Manage account activities and opportunity funnel in Salesforce.
• Travel up to 30% to customer sites and Copeland locations.
