Job summary

Trilogy Federal is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) SME for a large federal program. The ideal candidate will lead OCM activities, support the Program Manager, and guide team leads and staff to deliver transformative change.

The role is fully remote with occasional onsite in Arlington, VA or Washington, DC. Strong collaboration with government clients and stakeholders is essential to success.

Qualifications

• 10+ years supporting Momentum or similar Financial Management software implementations.
• At least 5 years working with senior federal or commercial clients on enterprise-level configuration/implementation decisions.
• Prosci certification or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead organizational change management (OCM) and operational readiness assessments to evaluate preparedness, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Partner with government clients to facilitate virtual and in-person workshops and engagement sessions.
• Establish relationships with stakeholder groups and act as a trusted advisor throughout the change journey.
• Define future-state operating models, requirements, and change impacts from stakeholder input.
• Develop and execute comprehensive change management and communication strategies to promote awareness and commitment.
• Lead user adoption, enablement, and training programs to ensure sustained utilization of solutions.
