Job summary

Sprezzatura is seeking an experienced Lead Organizational Change Management (OCM) professional to guide change activities for a federal client modernization project in Arlington, VA. The role is hybrid, with 2 days a week in the Arlington office, and requires a US citizen or permanent resident.

The position is contingent on contract award and involves hands-on OCM, communications, and training deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years of organizational change management, communications, training, or user-adoption experience.
• Experience with stakeholder/change-impact assessments and training readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead organizational change management, communications, training, and adoption activities.
• Conduct stakeholder assessments and translate findings into change actions.
• Develop communications and training plans and materials.
• Coordinate training rollout, readiness, and hypercare activities.
• Collaborate with business, functional, and technical teams to translate changes into user-facing communications.
