Job summary

NOCD is the leading telehealth provider for OCD treatment, offering online therapy through our national network of licensed Therapists specialized in ERP. We are seeking Independently Licensed Therapists in Louisiana to join our platform and deliver evidence-based care.

You will diagnose, assess, and treat members with ERP/CBT/ACT via NOCD video sessions, while managing caseloads and maintaining clinical documentation. Training and mentorship are provided.

Qualifications

• Must have full and unrestricted license to practice in Louisiana.
• Master's degree required.
• Louisiana licenses include LP/LPC/LMFT/LCSW.
• At least 6 months of experience with evidence-based therapies (ERP/CBT/ACT).

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnoses, assessments, and evidence-based psychotherapy via the NOCD video platform.
• Manage caseload and schedule effectively.
• Document clinically using NOCD EHR with completeness and timeliness.
• Collaborate with network of psychiatrists and therapists on treatment decisions.
• Participate in ongoing clinical consultation and training.
