Job summary

All Care Therapies is a leading provider of therapy services with virtual, in-home, and clinic options. The Remote Occupational Therapist will deliver telehealth services to a diverse pediatric caseload, assess needs, and create individualized plans to promote functional gains.

Responsibilities include evaluations, treatment planning, ongoing therapy sessions, caregiver education, and thorough documentation, while ensuring HIPAA compliance and professional development in a teletherapy

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active California OT license or eligibility to apply.
• Experience in a clinic or school setting; teletherapy experience.
• Comfort with pediatrics (18 months+).
• Feeding and/or Hand Therapy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ physical, cognitive, and emotional functioning to determine needs and goals.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and goals based on assessments.
• Provide remote occupational therapy services via telehealth.
• Educate patients and caregivers on techniques to improve independence.
• Maintain accurate patient records, progress notes, and treatment plans.
• Adhere to HIPAA and other regulatory standards.
• Utilize telehealth platforms effectively for remote sessions.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and continuing education.
