Job summary

All Care Therapies is seeking a Remote Occupational Therapist to deliver teletherapy services to a diverse caseload across the United States. The role involves evaluating patients, creating treatment plans, and delivering interventions to promote independence through virtual sessions.

You will educate families, maintain compliant records, and stay current with evolving OT practices while working with a collaborative clinical team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or higher is required.
• Active California State OT license or ability to apply is required.
• Experience in clinic or school settings or successful clinical interview.
• Technical proficiency to conduct teletherapy through our all-inclusive platform.
• Comfortable working with pediatric clients (18 months+) is preferred.
• Feeding and/or Hand Therapy experience is a plus but not required.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ physical, cognitive, and emotional functioning to determine needs and goals.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and goals based on assessments.
• Provide remote occupational therapy services and interventions to improve function.
• Educate patients and caregivers on strategies to enhance independence.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other privacy regulations.
• Utilize telehealth platforms effectively for remote sessions.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and continuing education.
