Job summary

All Care Therapies is seeking a Remote Occupational Therapist to deliver telehealth OT services to clients nationwide. The role supports pediatric and general populations, with assessments, treatment planning, and thorough documentation.

You will manage a diverse caseload, ensure HIPAA-compliant care, and collaborate with the clinical team. California licensure reimbursement is provided after 145 hours of work, with ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active CA State Occupational Therapy License or ability to apply.
• Experience in a clinic or school setting or successful clinical interview.
• Technical proficiency to conduct teletherapy through our platform.
• Comfortable working with pediatrics (18 months+).
• Feeding and/or Hand Therapy experience preferred but not required.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assessments: Conduct evaluations of patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional functioning.
• Treatment Planning: Develop individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Intervention: Provide remote occupational therapy services via telehealth.
• Education: Educate patients and caregivers on strategies for independence.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records and progress notes.
• Compliance: Adhere to HIPAA and related privacy standards.
• Technology: Use telehealth platforms effectively for sessions.
• Continuing Education: Stay updated with OT best practices.
