Job summary

All Care Therapies is seeking a Remote Occupational Therapist to provide telehealth-based OT services across a diverse caseload. You will assess patients, develop and implement treatment plans, and collaborate with families to promote independence and functional recovery.

The role emphasizes delivering high-quality care via teletherapy, maintaining HIPAA-compliant documentation, and staying current with OT best practices while supporting ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Active California OT license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Experience in clinic or school settings; teletherapy proficiency is expected.
• Pediatrics experience and ability to work with children 18 months+ preferred.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional functioning to determine needs and goals.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and goals based on assessments.
• Provide remote occupational therapy services via telehealth.
• Educate patients and caregivers on techniques to improve independence and well-being.
• Maintain accurate patient records, including progress notes and treatment plans.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient privacy in all activities.
• Utilize telehealth platforms effectively for remote sessions.
• Stay current with occupational therapy developments and engage in ongoing professional development.
