Job summary

Pomelo Care, a leading virtual maternal and pediatric care provider, seeks a dedicated registered nurse to deliver compassionate, patient-centered virtual care to women and children across pregnancy, postpartum, and pediatrics. You will assess patients, create care plans, and support remote monitoring.

You must hold a BSN, a current compact RN license with multi-state privileges, and at least four years of recent hospital or obstetric experience.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing with multi-state privileges via compact agreement.
• Minimum 4 years of recent hospital/healthcare experience, with 3+ years in obstetrics.

Responsibilities

• Ongoing clinical and psychosocial assessment of new patients and providing reassurance.
• Establishing individualized care plans based on evidence-based standards.
• Developing wellness goals and addressing barriers to care.
• Educating patients on remotely monitored equipment.
• Timely documentation and escalation to multidisciplinary teams.
• Support program and product development with user feedback.
