Job summary

Pomelo Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (BSN) to join our virtual practice serving women and children across the United States. You will perform ongoing clinical and psychosocial assessments, craft individualized care plans, and guide patients remotely via video, phone, and chat.

The role requires a compact-state RN license, 4+ years in maternal-child health (3+ in OB), and comfort with telehealth. Weekend/holiday shifts and occasional travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• RN with BSN required and compact (multi-state) licensure.
• 4+ years recent experience in maternal-child health (min 3 years in Obstetrics).
• Experience delivering care via telehealth is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ongoing clinical and psychosocial assessment of new patients.
• Develop individualized care plans based on evidence-based standards.
• Provide remote patient education and support to improve health outcomes.
• Document care interactions timely and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Identify barriers to care and reduce gaps through proactive engagement.
