Job summary

Pomelo Care is a leading virtual medical practice for women and children across pregnancy, postpartum, pediatrics, and menopause. It is a fast-moving, well-funded startup with a multidisciplinary team making high-quality care more accessible for families nationwide.

We seek RNs to perform clinical and psychosocial assessments, create individualized care plans, and provide care remotely via video, phone, and chat.

Qualifications

• BSN and active compact RN license based in the continental US.
• 4+ years in maternal-child health, including 3+ years in obstetrics.
• Experience delivering care remotely via video, phone, and chat.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing clinical and psychosocial assessments, building rapport and trust with patients.
• Develop individualized care plans and wellness goals based on evidence-based standards and patient needs.
• Monitor abnormal results, triage urgent concerns, and document all interactions to escalate appropriately.

Who You Are:

• A registered nurse with a BSN and active compact RN license, based in the continental US.
• Experienced in maternal-child health with at least 4 years of practice, including 3 years in obstetrics.
• Flexible, agile, and comfortable providing care remotely via video, phone, and chat.
