Signature Performance is seeking an Observation Medical Coder for a remote role. In this position, you will be responsible for accurately coding medical diagnoses and procedures based on documentation from medical records. Candidates should have at least 2 years of Medical Coding experience and be familiar with Official Coding Guidelines.

• Ensure correct code selection following Official Coding Guidelines.
• Validate coding quality and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Abstract medical and demographic information from records.
