Job summary

McCormick & Company, Incorporated is seeking a NW Sr. Account Manager - Food Away from Home Sales. This remote role serves the Northwest Region (WA, OR, CA) and reports to the Regional Sales Manager North Central for Branded Flavor Solutions.

You’ll drive regional sales plans, coordinate brokers, and lead cross-functional initiatives. You will develop customer strategies, analyze performance, and present to executives while traveling ~50% to meet goals and support growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Food Service managing Food Service Brokers.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to Travel 50%; Occasional weekends.
• Experience training and managing a food service local broker team.
• Interpersonal communications across functions and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver customer sales and marketing plans for existing accounts and seek new opportunities.
• Provide detailed information on each customer including expenditures vs. sales forecast and trade spend.
• Coordinate with local broker network, independent distributor and operator accounts, including training and scorecarding.
• Interact with cross-functional teams and present to executive-level audiences.
• Use analytical thinking to inform decisions based on data and market knowledge.
• Develop and execute region-level sales and trade spend plans.
