Qualifications

• Ability to mobilize internal resources to support sales plans.
• Branded consumer packaged foods industry knowledge.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Salesforce.com; strong presentation skills.
• Experience selling to operators and chains.
• Knowledge of foodservice channel dynamics and trends.
• Excellent internal and external communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with buyers; align with local objectives.
• Hit regional and national sales targets and optimize trade spend.
• Align brand strategies with customer strategies to boost sales.
• Collaborate with Demand Planning to maintain service levels.
• Work with Category Development and field sales on plans.
• Engage regional and national accounts to expand brand use.
• Negotiate terms to reflect McCormick brand strategy.
