Job summary

One Medical is seeking a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner to provide virtual primary care to patients via telehealth. You will conduct telehealth visits, telephone triage, and email follow-ups as part of a team delivering evidence-based care 24/7.

The role requires recent experience in outpatient primary care or urgent care, CA/OR/WA/AZ/CO licensure, and strong clinical/communication skills. This is a full-time virtual position with built-in clinical rounds and ongoing learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited FNP program with a national certification.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least 2 years in outpatient primary care or urgent care.
• Licensed in CA/OR/WA/AZ/CO with ability to obtain additional state licenses; CA: 103 or 104 certification preferred.
• Able to work weekday and weekend shifts (every other Saturday and/or Sunday).
• Shifts range from 6 am–5 pm PT, 7 am–6 pm PT, 11 am–10 pm PT, 12 pm–11 pm PT, 1 pm–12 am PT.
• Excellent clinical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Treating patients via tele-health visits, including telephonic triage, video visits and email follow-ups.
• Ongoing learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities.
• Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles.
• Utilize clinical training to deliver exceptional care to patients virtually.
