Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of nursing experience.
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care for inpatient and outpatient populations.
• Educate patients and families, including pre-operative and follow-up care.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality care.
• Support discharge planning and post-acute services.
• Document care and care plans in EPIC.
