Mercy in Missouri is seeking a Nurse Navigator to coordinate care across the continuum with advanced clinical expertise. You will collaborate with patients, their families, physicians, and the care team to manage treatment and care transitions.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an approved school of nursing.
• RN licensure in state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
• 2 years related experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Preferred: 3 years oncology nursing experience.
• Experience with formal patient education and community presentations.
• Experience with support group facilitation.
• Certification in Oncology Nursing or Chemotherapy/Biotherapy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of treatment and care with high clinical expertise.
• Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team.
