Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Nurse Navigator in Missouri to lead, mentor, and coordinate patient care for the inpatient and outpatient population. You will assess care requirements, guide the plan of care, and ensure timely, safe, high-quality outcomes while aligning with Mercy standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
