The Nurse Consultant I role with the Division of Health Service Regulation, part of the State of North Carolina, is a fully remote, home-based position serving the Central/Eastern Region. The Nurse Consultant conducts licensure and certification surveys for acute and home care providers and travels frequently within assigned counties.

Formación

Licensed RN with North Carolina registration.
Minimum 1 year of experience in health-care regulation or survey work.
Experience reviewing licensure and certification applications.

Responsabilidades

Conduct licensure and certification surveys onsite and review documentation.
Perform reviews of diverse provider types and assess compliance with state and federal rules.
Coordinate survey activities within the Central/Eastern Region and manage travel.
Document findings and prepare regulatory reports.
