Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in nursing with patient education experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical call center environment for 2+ years.
• Current, unrestricted RN or NP license.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic and virtual patient support via inbound/outbound calls, email, chat, and text.
• Educate patients on treatment/therapy and connect to additional resources.
• Collaborate with Field Nurse Educators and HUB/other stakeholders to ensure continuity of care.
• Identify gaps and opportunities to improve patient experience within a POD structure.
• Maintain compliant conversations and documentation across high-volume engagements.
