This remote role emphasizes excellent service across written, phone, and video communications to ensure high-value, in-network care. The ideal candidate holds an active RN/BSN/MSN/NP license, has 1–3 years of clinical experience, and demonstrates strong data analysis and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Active RN, BSN, MSN or NP license in good standing.
• 1–3 years of clinical experience in healthcare.
• Customer service experience in a healthcare setting.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver proactive utilization management services for Teladoc Health members with high-risk needs and complex care needs.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams via written, telephone, and video communication.
• Review cases with external plans and advise on plans of care.
• Process referrals and prior authorizations accurately and timely.
• Maintain patient documentation in external referral/care coordination systems.
