The adviser will assess reactor concepts, engage with universities and labs, and deliver a 90-day plan with 5–10 hours per month, aligning with executive management and engineering teams.

Qualifikationen

• PhD or senior nuclear engineer with deep technical experience in advanced nuclear areas.
• Experience evaluating SMR/microreactor designs and licensing considerations.
• Proven ability to identify licensable IP and manage technology transfer.

Aufgaben

• Advise management on technology selection, commercialisation strategy, and IP prioritisation for SMR/microreactor platforms.
• Review reactor technologies, engineering packages, and partner capabilities for licensing or joint development.
• Identify patents, software, designs, know-how, and research programmes suited for licensing or option-to-license.
• Introduce the project to universities, research laboratories, and nuclear-industry partners.
• Support discussions on sponsored research, technology licensing, and IP transfer.
