Job summary

GE Vernova seeks a Senior Refuel Floor Specialist (Project Manager) to oversee BWR Refuel Floor outages, including disassembly, reassembly, and in-vessel maintenance. You will manage the outage from ITO to OTR, coordinate technical, safety, and regulatory aspects, and lead diverse teams across locations.

The role requires ownership of deliverables, strong communication with customers and suppliers, and adherence to GE Beliefs and nuclear safety culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent with extensive outage experience.
• Experience leading Refuel Floor outage activities and project management responsibilities.
• Ability to travel up to 70% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Own Refuel Floor outage tasks for GVH scope.
• Manage project delivery from ITO through OTR with risk, cost, and schedule oversight.
• Lead and coach multi-disciplinary teams including union and non-union staff.
