Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Lead Field Services Engineer for Overwatch to serve as SME for tooling fabrication, procurement, and outage execution in BWR/PWR environments. The role drives complex project delivery, including in-vessel visual tooling and core verification during outages.

Ideal candidates bring nuclear-industry leadership, strong project management, and deep knowledge of ISI programs with GEH products. This remote role requires frequent travel to U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or other technical discipline; or 8+ years in BWR maintenance/inspection services
• 2+ years leadership of nuclear field teams at customer sites and leading design engineering teams

Responsibilities

• Provide direct oversight to Overwatch Tooling Refurbishments.
• Seek new technologies to upgrade aging tools.
• Support Capital Investment strategy for fleet expansion in BWR and PWR markets.
• Improve Overwatch processes through continuous improvement.
• Lead tooling conceptual design, field delivery and execution.
• Provide technical direction to craft labor for outage execution.
• Act as single point of contact for outage execution.
• Collaborate with field services training to build field execution teams.
