GE Vernova seeks a Lead Field Services Engineer for Overwatch to oversee tooling refurbishment, procurement, and outage execution at BWR/PWR sites. You will drive ISI-related tooling with in-vessel visual tooling and support core verification and reactor service maintenance activities.

You will lead field teams, influence process improvements, and serve as a subject matter expert across engineering and craft labor during outages. Occasional travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent with 8 years in BWR maintenance/inspection
• 2+ years leading nuclear field teams at customer sites and design teams

Responsabilités

• Provide direct oversight to Overwatch Tooling Refurbishments.
• Seek new technologies to upgrade or replace aging tooling fleet.
• Support Capital Investment strategy for fleet expansion in BWR and PWR markets.
• Drive continuous improvement of Overwatch processes.
• Lead tooling conceptual design and field delivery activities.
• Provide technical direction for craft labor during outages.
• Serve as single point of contact for outage execution.
• Collaborate with training teams to build field execution teams and lead training courses.
