Qualifications

• Certified Nuclear Power Reactor Operator requirements (NRC license or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control reactor systems to ensure safe, stable, and efficient power generation in accordance with operational and regulatory standards.
• Respond promptly to alarms and shifting operational conditions, executing established safety protocols and corrective actions.
• Perform real-time system checks, analyze operational data, and document all activities and incidents with precision.
• Collaborate remotely with engineering and maintenance teams to optimize reactor performance and reduce downtime.
• Prepare clear written reports and provide concise verbal updates on reactor status and operational events.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and technological advancements.
• Contribute to the refinement of remote-operating procedures to ensure robust oversight and rapid response capabilities.
