Job summary

One Medical’s Virtual Medical Team (VMT) delivers world-class virtual primary care to patients 24/7 in collaboration with in-person care teams. We seek a certified FNP to provide telehealth visits, triage, video appointments, and email follow-ups from a full-time schedule, including evenings and weekends.

The role emphasizes continuous learning through Clinical Rounds, teamwork across virtual and in-office colleagues, and delivering high-quality, accessible care using technology.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited FNP program with a national certification.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least: 2 years in outpatient primary care with patients of all ages, OR 2 years in urgent care or emergency medicine with patients of all ages.
• Currently licensed in MD, DC, VA, or FL with ability to obtain additional state licenses; for FL Autonomous APRN status; for VA autonomous practice.
• Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts.
• Current shifts range from 6am-5pm ET, 11am-10pm ET, 1pm-12am ET.
• Excellent clinical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Treating patients via tele-health visits, including telephonic triage calls, video visit appointments, and email follow-ups.
• Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities.
• Ongoing collaboration with both virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles.
• Utilization of your clinical training to provide exceptional care to patients virtually.
