Job summary

Montgomery County Community College's Center for Workforce Development seeks Notary Public Non-Credit Trainers to design courses demystifying Notary Public and to provide real-world case studies, practical applications and hands-on exercises. You will deliver engaging training on notary principles, ethics and responsibilities to PA certification candidates.

Teaching assignments may be at Blue Bell, Pottstown, or virtual/offsite locations; PA Title IX and equal opportunity statements apply.

Qualifications

• Completion of a state-approved notary training course (at least 3 hours) covering PA notary law.
• Active PA Notary Public with seal and journal.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a PA Notary Public.
• Teaching or training experience preferred, especially with adult learners.
• Ability to engage diverse learners and provide constructive feedback.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Maintain attendance and student performance records as required.
• Experience using Canvas or a comparable LMS.
