Qualifications

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in real estate.
• Valid PA Real Estate License (Salesperson or Broker) required.
• Prior teaching experience or training required.
• In-depth knowledge of national and state real estate principles and practices.
• Proficiency with standard technology for instruction.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to conduct presentations for varied group sizes.

Responsibilities

• Lead classroom discussions and activities to enhance student learning.
• Provide support for students, including answering questions and supplementing course content.
• Create a safe, positive learning environment and establish expectations.
• Evaluate instructional strategies to improve effectiveness.
• Deliver content for PA real estate licensing (30-hour and 45-hour courses).
• Teach in person or online via the college LMS as needed.
• Maintain accurate attendance records in line with policy and state requirements.
• Manage and distribute course materials and create effective lesson plans.
