Job summary

Anne Arundel Community College (AACC) is seeking a Part-Time Notary Public Instructor to deliver Maryland Notary Public curriculum and training. You will instruct students in traditional and online formats to prepare for licensure in Maryland.

The role requires an active Maryland Notary commission, delivery of course material, administering examinations, and maintaining accurate records of attendance and grades, with a commitment to compliance and reporting.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland Notary commission.
• Active Notary Public course of study and examination provider status in Maryland.
• Two years of teaching Maryland Notary Public instruction.
• One year of active notary experience.
• Associates degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Maryland Notary Public curriculum and training.
• Instruct students in traditional and/or online environments to become licensed notaries in Maryland.
• Provide course of study and administer examinations for notary commissions.
• Complete required paperwork and submit reports to the college and the State of Maryland.
• Maintain attendance and grades records and submit reports accordingly.
