Job summary

Next Job Abroad is seeking a Dutch-speaking recruiter to join our international freelance team. You'll manage your own candidate pipeline, recruit for language-based roles across Europe, and own your desk with KPI-driven targets.

You'll start with paid onboarding and training for three months, then continue on a commission basis with no earning cap. Expect 30–40 hours per week, fully remote setup, and strong support from the team.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, ideally in agency or international settings.
• Proven ability to source, screen and move candidates through pipelines.
• Comfort with KPI targets and commission-based performance.

Responsibilities

• Source and headhunt Dutch-speaking candidates across Europe.
• Recruit candidates in English for other language-based roles.
• Screen CVs and conduct candidate interviews.
• Assess motivation, suitability and relocation readiness.
• Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Build and maintain your own candidate pipeline.
• Work towards weekly and monthly KPIs.
• Collaborate with the team on client requirements and open positions.
