The Dixon Group is seeking a Northwest US Territory Sales Manager to join our Outside Sales team. You will drive sales growth, cultivate customer relationships, and promote our broad product offerings while delivering market-based solutions and exceptional service.

The role includes 50–65% travel and home-office-based work. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of industrial sales experience, a strong understanding of hose and valve coupling, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of industrial sales experience.
• Experience in industrial hose and valve coupling sectors.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel 50–65%.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and grow customer relationships and sales programs within the assigned territory.
• Regularly visit distributors, end-users, engineering firms, and direct customers; plan weekly/monthly activities.
• Create and deliver product presentations to distributors and end-users.
• Listen to customer needs to provide targeted sales solutions and communicate pricing and services.
• Document all sales activity and pipeline updates in Salesforce.
