Job summary

AOCUSA is hiring a Remote Territory Sales Manager to drive growth across a multi-state Northeast region. The role focuses on expanding distributor networks, strengthening relationships, and expanding market share in lubricants and related products.

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will travel up to 75% within the territory, coordinate with the sales team, and optimize orders while maintaining cost-effective logistics and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Must have outside sales experience in lubricant distribution or related market.
• Proven track record in building distributor partnerships and meeting sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and CRM management skills.

Responsibilities

• Territory Growth: identify and cultivate new accounts and manage existing partnerships.
• Relationship Management: engage with customers to build long-term supplier relationships.
• Market Expertise: maintain knowledge of traditional lubricant distribution market and trends.
• Sales Administration: prepare accurate data and keep CRM records current.
• Order Optimization: manage delivery dates, inventory levels and logistics.
• Pricing & Quotes: follow quote procedures and discount structures.
• Strategic Travel: plan and schedule travel within territory to maximize client time and control costs.
• Compliance & Reporting: adhere to reporting directives and maintain confidentiality.
