Job summary

Amalie Oil Company is seeking a dynamic Northeast Territory Sales Manager to drive growth across a multi-state lubricant distribution network. You will cultivate new accounts, strengthen distributor relationships, and report to the National Sales Manager while supporting our extensive dealer network.

This remote, home-based role requires up to 75% travel within the territory and offers a base salary plus commission, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities to advance within a privately held

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside sales experience in traditional lubricant distribution.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in outside sales and ability to manage a multi-state territory.
• Foundational training in modern sales techniques.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Territory Growth: identify and cultivate new accounts and maintain distributor partnerships.
• Relationship Management: build long-term supplier-client relationships.
• Market Expertise: understand traditional lubricant distribution market and trends.
• Sales Administration: maintain CRM records and present sales data.
• Order Optimization: manage delivery dates, inventory, and logistics.
• Pricing & Quotes: follow price quote procedures and multi-level pricing.
