Job summary

AMALIE Oil Company is seeking a dynamic Territory Sales Manager for a multi-state region. You will drive growth in the lubricant distribution network and strengthen distributor relationships while reporting to the National Sales Manager.

This remote home-based role requires up to 75% travel, heavy client engagement, and meticulous CRM and reporting practices. A strong background in outside sales and lubricant distribution is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside sales experience in traditional lubricant distribution.
• Proven outside sales track record and ability to work independently.
• Strong communication and CRM usage proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow multi-state territory with new accounts.
• Maintain distributor partnerships and manage relationships.
• Understand lubricant distribution market and trends.
• Prepare sales data and update CRM daily.
• Manage orders, inventory, and logistics to fulfill quotes.
• Follow pricing procedures and multi-level discounts.
• Plan travel within territory to maximize client meetings.
• Submit accurate expense reports and comply with reporting.
