Job summary

Enerpac Tool Group is seeking a remote-based Territory Manager for the North East region. You will develop relationships with distributors, optimize inventory, and drive Enerpac product sales while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance.

The role requires a BA/engineering degree or equivalent experience, strong strategic thinking, and the ability to travel up to 50% if needed in the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field; or 3 years of technical sales/account management experience; or equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to develop distributor relationships and drive channel sales.
• Experience in sales planning, forecasting, and reporting with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Sales Consultation: build relationships with distributors and optimize inventory and fulfillment.
• Sales Planning: develop account strategies to grow sales and provide performance reports.
• Sales Enablement: connect field sales with operations and execute quarterly reviews.
• Technical Expertise: assess customer needs and develop solution-based pitches.
• ECX: maintain account plans, log visits, and manage opportunities in Salesforce.
• Travel within the region; 25–50% overnight travel may be required.
