Ecowize North America is seeking a Sanitation Area Manager for the Northeast region. You will oversee multiple sites, ensure compliance, and drive client success while leading Site Managers and frontline teams.

This leadership role requires 7+ years in food manufacturing sanitation, strong safety culture, and bilingual Spanish/English. Travel up to 80% and a focus on data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in management within food manufacturing sanitation environments.
• Familiarity with USDA/FDA regulations, GMPs, and Master Sanitation Programs.
• Safety protocols including LOTO and HAZCOM.
• Bilingual Spanish/English for diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple sanitation sites within the Northeast region to ensure top-tier service and compliance.
• Lead Site Managers and teams to meet client expectations and sanitation protocols.
• Balance strategic planning with hands‑on leadership in a fast-paced setting.
• Travel up to 80% and adapt to flexible shifts.
