Job summary

Ecowize North America is seeking a Sanitation Site Manager to lead sanitation operations at a food manufacturing facility. You will supervise a team, ensure clean and production-ready environments, and drive continuous improvement.

This on-site role partners with area managers and customer leadership to build accountability, uphold food safety, and deliver operational excellence across processes and relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of leadership experience in food manufacturing sanitation or related operations.
• Experience leading sanitation teams in USDA and/or FDA regulated facilities.
• Strong knowledge of USDA/FDA regulations and GFSI standards (SQF/BRCGS).
• Proficient with MS Office and Google Workspace; experience with labor management and budgeting desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead a sanitation team to ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop staff; conduct evaluations and coaching sessions.
• Manage Master Sanitation Schedule and ensure compliance with all procedures.
• Maintain records, monitor labor hours and costs, and report on performance.
