This remote, field-based role requires up to 50% travel, a proven ability to develop regional plans, drive growth, manage P&L, and partner across functions to launch and sustain immunology programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in sales, marketing, or managed care within pharma.
• At least 3 years of people management experience.
• 3+ years in building and managing customer relationships.
• Residence in the region with up to 50% travel, including overnights.
• Experience developing regional plans and cross-functional partnerships.
• Strong knowledge of regional healthcare dynamics and access considerations.
• Proven track record building high-performing teams and driving results.

Responsibilities

• Lead, recruit, and retain a high-performing regional team to meet objectives.
• Own the customer portfolio and ensure trusted communications across touchpoints.
• Build relationships with senior leaders and thought leaders to support strategy.
