Qualifications

• 5+ years in field or demand generation marketing for B2B.
• Ability to plan regional field marketing plans aligned to sales priorities.
• Experience with ABM, account targeting, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional NA field marketing plans aligned to priorities.
• Manage portfolio of events, webinars, trade shows, partner activations, and customer programs.
• Partner with Sales to define audiences and engagement plans.
• Coordinate with executives and agencies to support partners and programs.
• Manage budgets, vendors, and timelines within guidelines.
• Leverage Salesforce, Marketo, Knak, Outreach to improve targeting and follow‑up.
• Track performance and report insights to stakeholders.
• Improve field marketing execution with repeatable processes.
