Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a strategic Field Marketing Manager, North America to join our Marketing team. You’ll bridge our NA commercial sales teams with targeted marketing initiatives, leading a remote team to translate go-to-market priorities into regional events and digital programs that build pipeline and revenue.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in B2B field marketing, 2+ years in people management, and strong ABM and marketing- tech experience (Salesforce, Marketo, 6Sense, GA4).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in B2B field marketing or demand generation in multinationals.
• 2+ years of direct people management experience.
• Strong knowledge of ABM strategies and integrated campaign execution.

Responsibilities

• Regional Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute integrated field marketing plans across North America.
• Program & Event Orchestration: Deliver high-impact events, webinars, partner activities, and ABM campaigns.
• Sales Alignment & Enablement: Partner with sales to tailor engagement strategies and provide follow-up toolkits.
• Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead a distributed team of field marketing specialists with clear objectives.
• Performance Analytics & Budgeting: Manage regional budget and measure lead velocity, revenue influence, and ROI.
