Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business and/or Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Fluency in English.
• Several years of experience in business development or similar external customer facing roles in a multinational company.
• Experience using Salesforce CRM and Opportunity Management tools.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify targets aligned with the territory and Segment strategy to deliver future growth.
• Drive market activation and build deep, multi-contact customer relationships across US and LATAM.
• Engage potential customers to understand unmet needs and buying processes; propose new ways to win.
• Maintain front-end funnel discipline and track opportunities to close.
• Use CRM to ensure timely updates and seamless handoffs to Account Managers.
• Present and test value propositions showing how Eastman solutions help customers win.
