Job summary

Empower LLC is seeking a Nonqualified Investment Operations Analyst to handle daily financial transactions for a dedicated book of business. The role involves client interaction, advanced Excel modeling, and use of Metrix systems to support COLI, split-dollar life insurance, and nonqualified plan administration.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in investment operations, FINRA registrations, and strong analytical skills to manage complex data and deadlines in a remote, nationwide setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in investment operations or related field.
• FINRA Series 6 and 63 registrations.
• State Life Insurance license or ability to obtain within 120 days.

Responsibilities

• Process asset and liability rebalancing transactions per client directives.
• Prepare and maintain asset and liability reporting.
• Serve as day-to-day client contact for COLI and split-dollar life insurance.
• Complete daily service deliverables and client-specific operational activities.
• Administer Excel rebalancing and premium-listing models.
• Use Metrix and nonqualified administration systems to support servicing.
• Implement and maintain client procedures and documentation.
• Participate in client team meetings and provide updates.
• Escalate requests when services fall outside the agreement.
• Perform quality-control reviews and keep team informed.
• Analyze issues, collect data, and escalate appropriately.
