Your Part-Time Controller LLC (YPTC) is a nationally recognized nonprofit accounting firm, offering outsourced Controller solutions with a hybrid schedule.

We serve nonprofit organizations across the US, providing full finance leadership and robust accounting services, including financial reporting, audit preparation, grant management, and compliance. Hybrid work and growth opportunities are central to our culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 7+ years accounting experience, nonprofit experience strongly preferred.
• CPA certification a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client relations skills.
• Hybrid work environment experience preferred.
• Experience with QuickBooks and multiple general ledger systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as outsourced Controller/CFO for multiple nonprofit clients.
• Prepare financial reporting for management and Board decisions.
• Recommend improvements to accounting, operations, internal controls, and policies.
• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, month-end close, and reconciliations.
• Perform grant management and funder reporting.
• Prepare for and manage annual audit.
• Provide client and staff training opportunities.
