We are looking for a dedicated, hands-on Controller to serve multiple nonprofit clients, lead interactions with boards and committees, oversee financial reporting, grants, audits, and staff training,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Accounting or Finance (from HTML)
• 5–7+ years accounting experience (from HTML)
• Experience working in a remote environment preferred (from HTML)
• Ability to manage and lead multiple clients and work independently (from HTML)
• Microsoft Excel proficiency and related tools (from HTML)

Responsibilities

• Serve as outsourced Controller/CFO for multiple nonprofit clients
• Transform nonprofit client financial departments to meet their mission
• Prepare financial reporting for management and Board decisions
• Oversee grants management, allocations, and funder reporting
• Manage audits and related client training opportunities
