Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a remote-friendly onboarding specialist to help nonprofit organizations set up accounts, integrate Stripe for payments, and launch fundraising campaigns. You will demonstrate the product, guide new users, and address questions with clear, accessible explanations.

The role emphasizes proactive activation, diligent record-keeping, and collaboration with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to optimize the donor journey.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing, sales, onboarding, fundraising, or operations roles is an asset.
• Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to deliver clear product demonstrations.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
• Sound judgment to assess organizations and apply eligibility criteria consistently.
• Comfort learning new software and workflows quickly.
• Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented mindset with ability to escalate when needed.
• Motivation to hit measurable goals and improve activation rates.
• Strong customer service instincts and ability to explain technical processes simply.

Responsibilities

• Review new accounts and inquiries to verify nonprofit eligibility.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and fundraising platform.
• Proactively engage organizations to re-engage sign-ups and progress fundraising.
• Guide customers through account setup, Stripe integration, donation forms, and campaigns.
• Deliver product demonstrations, onboarding sessions, and practical guidance.
• Respond to questions about accounts, payments, and product features; escalate complex issues as needed.
• Monitor activation progress and chase improvements to conversion rates.
• Track performance against service targets and maintain pipeline visibility.
• Identify recurring questions and onboarding challenges to improve resources and self-service.
